FAQ

How soon will my order arrive?

The Sway Store will begin shipping orders on November 11, 2026. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Pre-orders placed before November will be notified as their order progresses. Please email support@swaythefuture.com with any questions.
What if I want more?

Our first drop has intentionally been set to ship in 100-bag packs, offering an accessible entrypoint to anyone who wishes to use seaweed packaging. To order more, simply increase the quantity of cases at checkout!
